Frequently Asked Questions
Need clarity on pricing or plans? Find quick answers to common questions below.
Three days before a subscription ends, the system automatically attempts renewal to prevent service interruption. Upon successful payment, the next period begins immediately after the current one. If the token balance is depleted during the grace period, the renewed subscription becomes active immediately to ensure uninterrupted access.
Upgrades are available at any time. The unused portion of the current plan is credited toward the new one, and the prorated cost is shown before confirmation. The upgraded subscription starts immediately upon approval.
Each plan gives a set number of tokens per billing cycle (monthly or yearly). Unused tokens don’t carry over, each cycle starts fresh.
Annual billing offers savings of over 25% compared to monthly payments, making it the most cost‑effective choice for long‑term use.
Additional languages or custom bi‑directional translations can be requested; support will review and get back based on plan tier, technical feasibility, and overall demand.
