Token validity depends on the plan type. For monthly plans, tokens expire at the end of each month. For yearly plans, they expire at the end of the year. If you have a mix of plans, the latest expiry date will apply to each token batch.

Yes, you can upgrade to the Pro plan at any time by purchasing a monthly or yearly Pro package. Your account will instantly switch to Pro, and once your current Pro period ends, it will automatically revert back to the Basic plan.

If your token balance runs low, we’ll notify you. If Auto Top-Up is enabled, the system will automatically repeat your last purchase once the token level drops below the minimum threshold (default is 10%). If Auto Top-Up is disabled, you’ll receive both email and in-app notifications instead.

Yes! Pro and Enterprise users can request support for additional languages or custom smart bi-directional translation. These requests are reviewed and implemented based on feasibility and demand.

We currently support direct translation for over 45 languages, along with smart bi-directional translation for 3 language pairs. In smart bi-directional mode, the system intelligently detects the source and target languages and translates in both directions automatically.
